After over  20 years in the EFL coaching and training sector and graduating with an MA in Applied Linguistics at the age of 50, it was clear to me that we are all living with so much unlocked potential, be it in our personal or business life.  My curiosity was awoken, so in

October 2017 I set off on a journey of discovery as to why.  I returned to my roots in Dublin enrolled and successfully graduated with a distinction in Life and Workplace Coaching.

During my training I realized and experienced the real truth behind William James's quote:

"Man alone is the architect of his destiny"
